Policies

The Payment :

» All overseas as well as domestic payments are to be made through Wire Transfer to our bank. The bank details are only provided during the process of the ‘confirmation’.

» For all the services contracted, 50% (non – refundable) or full payment is required to be paid in advance in order to make the reservation confirm while the balance amount can be paid before the commencement of the services.

» All deposits are to be received at least 20 days prior to the commencement of the services otherwise company holds the right to cancel your booking and accept new bookings at the same date.

» Apart from Heritage Walks/City Tours in cases like transportation: Flight/Train/Cab, Hotel bookings or Buffet Menu Planning during the peak season, full advance payment is required to be made.

» Final confirmation is only made once we confirm our availability.

» In case we are unable to confirm your bookings or dates as per your choice your deposit will be refunded in full.

Confirmation Policy :

» The customer receives the confirmation via e-voucher within 24 hours of the successful booking.

» In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Cancellation Policy :

» During the Peak-Season service provider may implement a different cancellation policy.

» Cancellation over phone is not accepted only written notices/e-mail will be entertained. Any cancellation on Sunday is not accepted i.e. only on working days.

» We reserve the right to cancel/change any schedule mentioned in the itinerary for the safety, security and general well being of the guests.

» Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

» If cancellations are made 48 hours before the start date of the tour, no cancellation fees will be applicable i.e. NO Refund.

» If cancellations are made within 10 days before the start date of the tour, 50% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.

» If cancellations are made within 20 days before the start date of the tour, 25% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.

» If cancellations are made within 30 days before the start date of the tour, 15% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.

Note: In case of unforeseen weather conditions, local factors or government restrictions access to certain monuments/sites may be Avoided/Cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.

Refund Policy :

» The refund will be made through Wire Transfer or on the original method of purchase.

» The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days

Responsibility :

» All the actions and services of the company are subject to Force Majeure conditions claiming no responsibility.
